Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client ("Client", "You") and Royal Vogue Limo ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing our website or booking any service via website, phone, email, or booking platform, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

All reservations are subject to: • Vehicle availability • Chauffeur availability • Operational feasibility A booking is considered confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued and required payment or deposit has been received. Royal Vogue Limo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any reservation at its sole discretion. In such case, liability is limited to refund of the amount paid. Vehicle substitutions of equal or higher category may occur without compensation.

All rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Quoted rates may exclude: • Waiting time • Overtime • Parking fees • Tolls • Airport fees • Event surcharges • Cleaning fees • Damage charges Overtime and waiting time are billed in 15-minute increments and rounded up. Hourly bookings are subject to minimum hour requirements. Early termination does not reduce minimum charge.

Complimentary waiting time: • Domestic flights: 30 minutes • International flights: 45 minutes Waiting time begins after actual flight landing. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes grace period. After grace period, waiting time charges apply. If the Client is unreachable after 60 minutes without communication, the booking may be marked as a no-show and charged in full. Royal Vogue Limo is not responsible for missed flights, airline delays, baggage delays, customs delays, or traffic.

By providing payment details, the Client authorizes Royal Vogue Limo to: • Pre-authorize charges • Charge full balance • Charge additional post-service amounts Additional charges may include: • Overtime • Waiting time • Extra stops • Cleaning fees • Damage repairs • Administrative fees • Collection costs • Legal fees Chargebacks without valid contractual basis will be treated as breach of contract and pursued legally in Québec. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • 24+ hours prior: Full refund • Less than 24 hours: 50% charge • Less than 2 hours: 100% charge • No-show: 100% charge No-show includes: • Client unreachable • Incorrect pickup information • Excessive delay without communication Special events, proms, weddings, and peak dates may be fully non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted by phone or email.

The Client assumes full responsibility for all passengers. Immediate termination without refund may occur in case of: • Illegal activity • Drug use • Smoking or vaping • Underage drinking • Violence or harassment • Standing through sunroof • Unsafe behavior Client is financially responsible for: • Interior or exterior damage • Excessive cleaning • Biohazard incidents • Upholstery burns • Mechanical misuse • Downtime loss Charges may include repair invoices, labor, loss of revenue, and administrative processing fees.

Royal Vogue Limo is not liable for: • Traffic delays • Weather conditions • Road closures • Mechanical failures beyond reasonable control • Airline delays • Force majeure events Arrival times are estimates only. Under no circumstances shall Royal Vogue Limo be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Vogue Limo, its owners, chauffeurs, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, lawsuits, liabilities, or legal costs arising from Client or passenger conduct. This clause survives termination of service.

Royal Vogue Limo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items. Recovery is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking and recording devices for safety and liability purposes. By using our services, the Client consents to such monitoring.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Montréal, Québec.
